Advanced Appointment Booking
To see a GP most appointments are booked 48 hours in advance, although you can book appointments up to 3 weeks in advance.
Telephone Consultations
You may contact a GP by telephone if you feel your condition/query is of such a nature that a telephone call-back is adequate. You should call during opening hours where your name and details will be taken and passed to the relevant GP who will then telephone you. The GP may decide that your condition or query needs an appointment and will inform you of this. Please Note: If you wish to speak to a particular GP who works part-time, you will be telephoned back on the GP’s next working day.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please visit our online cancellation triage, as this will allow us to give the slot to someone else.
The practice manager will contact patients who persistently fail to cancel or attend appointments, which can ultimately result in you being removed from our list.
