In co-operation with EMIS, our computer system supplier, we're providing a new service that enables you access to your healthcare online. Once you've created an account you can use this site to book and cancel appointments with your doctor. You may also be able to send messages to your practice and update your personal information

However, before you can use this facility you must contact the practice in person to be given an access I.D. and password, which will enable you to register for this service. Please ensure that children should be registered separately and must also have been registered for a user I.D at the practice.

REGISTER TO USE THE SERVICE

Before you register to use this service you must have your practice generated EMIS Access I.D and password. Click here to set up your user account on the EMIS website, please note that you must input the details as they appear on your registration document. It will be necessary to input a password that only you know and we ask that you choose a password that cannot be guessed by someone that knows you. (Do not use passwords like children/partners D.O.B or middle names).

BOOK OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT

Once you have registered at the practice and set up a user account you may proceed and book an appointment. Appointments are available for all GP’s and the blood test clinics. Please note that only one appointment can be made at any one time. When cancelling an appointment it would be helpful if you could use this facility and not the ‘cancel an appointment’ link on the online services page.
