IF YOU ARE:
Diabetic, asthmatic or have heart disease, each year you should have:
- an annual review with the practice nurse
- a flu injection
Over 65, each year you should have
- a flu injection
- a blood pressure check
A woman
- All women between 25 and 50 should have a cervical smear test every three years unless advised otherwise. Women over 50 should be tested every five years unless advised otherwise.
- All women aged 50 – 60 should have regular mammograms.
A baby
- Babies should be checked at birth and eight weeks by their GP
