All patients will be seen by appointment at 10-minute intervals. To see a GP most appointments are booked 48 hours in advance, although you can book appointments up to 3 weeks in advance. If you cannot keep an appointment please let the surgery know giving as much notice as possible, another patient can then be seen in your place. The practice manager will contact patients who persistently fail to cancel or attend appointments, which can ultimately result in you being removed from our list.
