If you need a repeat prescription you should deposit your request in the letter box provided by the main door. Alternatively you can post us the request, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope and we will post it back to you on completion. You can also request repeat prescriptions online by visiting the 'Online Services' of this website.We ask patient not to telephone requests to the surgery as the telephone is needed for more urgent matters.

Forty-eight hours notice is required for all methods or requesting repeat prescriptions.

Patients should also note that prescription requests from anyone other than themselves, family members or district nurses would not be processed. It is the patients’ responsibility to order their own prescriptions where possible.

Patients due for a medication review will be asked to see the doctor before their next prescription is due.
