Extended Hours – For Patients with Booked Appointments Only

Monday	18:30 – 20:00
Tuesday	18:30 – 20:00
Thursday	18:30 – 20:00
Saturday	08:30 – 11:30

Please be aware that the extended hours are provided for patients who have already pre-booked an appointment during these times.

Should you need a doctor outside of our routine hours, please telephone our out of hours service on 111.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:30 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

In cases where immediate or hospital treatment is required, such as:

• Crushing central chest pain with possible nausea and breathlessness
• Following a fall where there is a possibility of a fracture, or the patient is elderly
• Following a head injury, etc.

An emergency ambulance should be called by dialling 999 or the patient should be taken to the nearest Accident & Emergency department.
